Home Alone

My boyfriend is away this weekend in London so I'm home alone trying not to spend money as it's my boyfriend's birthday next week and I want to spoil him!

So what I've been doing is eating alot. Eating so much that I've spent most of today feeling very ill! That'll teach me :)

I also have just tried some new colours on my nails.

The pink is the BarryM that I've already shown on here on my toe nails but I wanted to see it on my finger nails as well so I thought I might as well show you! I love it.

The other 2 are both Collection 2000 colours although I'm not sure about their names as for some reason they're not on the bottles and I can't remember. I like both these colours but think the blue especially could do with a topcoat. I've run out of top coat though! Need to get some more tomorrow maybe.

I took the pictures in my bathroom because it's got the best lighting but I may take more tomorrow in daylight because these pics don't really do any of the colours justice!

Also I had some help in the bathroom :) -

This was her earlier keeping me company on the sofa whilst I was feeling ill. It's a hard life!

I went shopping yesterday and bought some more BarryM nail polishes. I think I'm getting obessessed! The ones I have on at the moment are the yellow on my fingernails (BarryM 134) and fuchsia on my toe nails (BarryM 302).

I love, love both of these colours. The yellow is my first really bright nail polish and I wasn't convinced it'd suit me but I really like it and now want all the other brights!



There are 2 coats on fingers and toes. No top coat as I didn't think they needed it.


I bought some other colours too but I shall reveal more about them once I have them on!


Today I have been rearranging furniture. I have no idea why I chose to do it today on such a hot day! Bad move but it's done now and looks much better!

Oh and I just have to say that I am completely copying MagicXMaid by putting photos of my nails on here :) I also think she may also be responsible for my obsession!!

French manicure with a twist.

I've been experimenting tonight with my nail varnish and this was the result.

I'm not sure about it to be honest but it was fun to do! It's just a normal french manicure with pink glitter sprinkled on. I think I went too far down with the white though.

I'd do it again properly though for a night out! I have every colour glitter possible so I can always match it to my outfit :)

Still being lazy...

So I still haven't taken any photos to post or anything....

I'm thinking maybe this blog should be more about me and less about my makeup as to be honest I haven't been buying much else other than nail varnish recently!

My boyfriend and I are moving again soon so we're saving money for that. We're moving more into the country side as I really don't like living in such a built up area! I come from a very small town and I really miss the open space and you don't get much of that so close to Manchester centre. Fingers crossed we may even get a dog once we're there!

Going to see We Will Rock You tomorrow. I can't wait. Not only for the show but getting ready for the show! Is it sad that getting ready is sometimes my favourite part?! I just love putting on makeup :) I'm thinking a blue look...maybe I'll even take a picture! Ok....don't hold your breath!!

I also haven't made a video for youtube for months.... I just don't have the motivation. Everytime I go on there to look at other videos there's some drama going on and it really puts me off. I think maybe I should just stick to watching, I'm not good with negativity!

So yeah that's all for now!

Lazy

It's official. I'm rubbish at blogging!! I have no excuse this time, I just seem to suffer badly from lazyitis.

I am however going to make a real effort to update this more often! Starting later today with some pictures and stuff.

I've been ill

I don't know if anyone actually checks this blog for updates but if you do I'm sorry it's been so long! I've been ill, I still am in fact but I'm getting better! I haven't been completely incapacitated or anything but I've been feeling bad enough that I just haven't wanted to communicate with the world! Fingers crossed I'm on the mend though....

So due to being ill I really don't have much news but I will do a proper blog in a few days time about what little news I have! I have my birthday and brother's wedding to tell you all about along with some pictures.
